We accept many forms of payment. Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Details are at the bottom of every invoice.
To book an event you must pay a 50 % Non-Refundable Deposit within 24 hours of receiving the quote for your event. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the day of the event. You will receive reminders of any due amounts by text and email.
If there is inclement weather around the time of your event, we can reschedule for another date. Unfortunately, because of time constraints and required preparations we cannot offer refunds. Please be mindful of this during the days preceeding your event.
Please give us at least 1 week advanced notice when booking. We do understand that some plans are spontaneous, or maybe you just found us online and would like to hire us immediately. If this occurs, please call us and we will accommodate you if we can – but a last minute rush fee of $100 will be added to your invoice. Thanks for understanding.
At this time we do not provide food. You must bring your own. Thanks
The space needed for Teepee Parties depends on the number and size of teepees, but typically, a clear area of about 5×5 feet per teepee is recommended.
After you pick your setup, you must book your room and leave the room key at the hotel desk for me to gain access to the room. It would take about 1 ½ hours to set up the room. When I am done, I will leave the room key with the hotel desk. If you want a heads up when I’m done, I can text or email you that me and my assistants have left. Enjoy Your Night!
We ask that you only have clear liquids and light snacks in the teepees and tent. Any tent or teepee that is stained / damaged due to food or drinks will incur a replacement fee.
